Just got back from Nanaimo BC where I went for 5 days to hang with my cousin, preggy Maggie, she is giant pregnant and hanging in a town that is not her own until the baby comes - for reasons I will not blather on about...I had vacation time already booked so off I went. Nice downtime, good laughs as always and good to see the kids even for a day. They are getting so big.
Mary was nice enough to drive me home today from Nanaimo, good chatting to be had on that drive...tomorrow is all about laundry (boo!) then Friday morning Kim and I are heading to Vancouver to see
Noah Gundersen Friday night (WHOOP!)...before the show we will lunch with Mike who was kind enough to offer to pick us up at the ferry Friday morning - eventually we will make our way to our hotel and the show later at the Biltmore. Love this venue for shows. Saw Liam Finn there a few years ago, loved it. I have Sunday to enjoy my last vacation day (swim swim swim) then back to work Monday (Boo!).
